Yana El Dirani is the Managing Director of the Endeavor Global Hub in UAE as well the Head of MENA at Endeavor Catalyst, where she leads efforts across five key markets in the region: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, and Jordan. With 19 years of experience in the investment space, Yana was previously leading a $200M single-family office, Vivium Holding, based in the UAE as well as being a partner at a venture platform, Modus Capital, where she was instrumental in driving business growth and operational excellence. She also worked at Credit Suisse and Delta Partners prior to that and holds an MBA degree.
