Richard is a Serial Entrepreneur who has founded multiple Global companies.

His first venture, ARCET Global, runs International business events, awards and conferences for Fortune 500 Companies and Government. His role as COO oversees all operations across Dubai, UK and US. Acting as the centre point the firm also provides consultancy services in CX and Strategic Communications.

As a Director of the AI for Business Institute Richard helps guide organisations on their path to AI maturity through self assessments and audits. The organisation leads the AI & Quantum Cluster at Dubai Silicon Oasis. He was also recently featured in Forbes Portugal for the work he is doing with the Institute.
