Alex Collins is a venture builder and transformation leader shaping the future of logistics in the Middle East. As COO of Infinite Platforms for Logistics—a joint venture between SPL and RAI Digital—he is driving the region’s shift toward autonomous, AI-powered delivery systems and next-generation logistics infrastructure.

With a background as a Big 4 Partner and nearly 20 years building high-performance teams and digital ventures, Alex has led innovation programmes, built new business models, and launched technology platforms that redefine how enterprises operate. He previously founded EY’s Growth Solutions unit and spearheaded national innovation initiatives, including the MBRIF Accelerator.

Across his work with start-ups, scale-ups, and national enterprises, Alex is focused on one mission: creating a world where logistics becomes fully intelligent, automated, and human-centred.
